Super petrol prices have dropped by Sh8.18 per litre in the latest review of maximum pump prices by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Epra), bringing relief to thousands of motorists.
Diesel and kerosene prices have also dropped by Sh3.54 and Sh6.93 respectively due to the reduced cost of imported refined petroleum products.
The average landed cost of imported super petrol decreased by 8.59 percent in September, while diesel and kerosene import costs were down by 5.52 percent and 6.73 percent respectively.
A litre of super petrol will retail in Nairobi at Sh180.66, while diesel and kerosene will retail at Sh168.06 and Sh151.39 respectively.
