How did we get our start?
Our restaurant, Cafe Colucci, started getting good reviews and awards, including a spot on the Michelin Recommended list. We knew we needed a better supply of high quality East African spices.
What makes our products unique?
All of our heirloom spices are processed using ancestral methods and ship directly to the US via air freight when they’re done. Super fresh & preservative free!
Why do we love what we do?
A small supply chain means fresher spices for you and better pay for everyone – from our farmers to employees. We offer better equity and 85% of our team is women.
